This game is fun for those who have played previous Elder Scrolls games and doesn’t have the time or means to play the Online Game. If I could address your character as something other than the Blade, it would ‘The Problem Solver’ as you do almost everything to rebuild the town, Rivercrest. It’s clear no improvements have been made to this area over the base game.Elder Scrolls: Blades (Where you star as ‘The Problem Solver’) Additionally, the biggest drawback is the still-stale NPC animations that partially break immersion in an otherwise-vibrant fantasy world. Elsewhere, there aren’t too many negatives to speak of, other than the fairly pricey cost of the expansion. Major new quest lines and heaps of lore have been brought in, whilst a tutorial system also benefits new players. Major changes to the game include a brand new class and plenty of associated skills, abilities and equipment, as well as a complete overhaul of one of the game’s key crafting systems. This expansion to the popular online Elder Scrolls experience uses a setting not explored by an Elder Scrolls game since 1994. With a host of new content included, the game is targeted at both new and current players.
